Healthier Holiday Recipe: Apple Orange Cranberry Sauce

Laura, our registered dietician, is at it again! Her goal is to share some new, healthier twists on traditional holiday foods (most of which are loaded with calories, sugar, and fat). Last time, she gave us “Healthier Mashed Potatoes,” today, she went after Cranberry Sauce. Laura, take it away:

Apple Orange Cranberry Sauce

Cranberry sauce is a Thanksgiving tradition in many homes. This year, create a new tradition by making a homemade cranberry apple sauce that is lower in added sugar and higher in fruit than the traditional and canned versions!
