Healthy Recipe: Spinach Pesto

For those of us who said, “In 2014, I will eat better!” We’re two weeks in, and unhealthy foods are already knocking at the door again. Stay strong! Healthy eating is a marathon, not a sprint. To help you out, we promise post lots of healthy recipes this year. We know you won’t try all of them, but we’re hoping they’ll spark a few ideas that might inspire you to experiment with some new, healthy foods.

Here’s a recipe that can dress up just about anything, spinach pesto. And, since it has less oil and added sugar than most dips, it’s a great alternative for pasta, pizza, or dips. Feel free to give it a whirl.
