ANSWERS:

1) Red, Yellow, and Orange. Believe it or not, psychologists firmly believe that warm colors stimulate hunger in your brain. Crazy science!

2) Teenagers. Since teens are growing and developing at a rapid rate, most doctors believe that teens need almost as much sleep as an infant. So if you think your teen is being lazy by sleeping in, cut them some slack.

3) SPF 15. SPF 15. A sunscreen of SPF 15 blocks about 93% of UBV rays which is usually enough to prevent burning. A sunscreen of SPF 30 blocks about 97%. The benefits of using anything above SPF 30 are miniscule.

4) Cauliflower. Broccoli, brussels sprouts, kale, cabbage, and bok choy are other cruciferous veggies, also known as “Super Veggies.”

5) Mustard. Ok, so this isn’t really wellness related, but we thought it was a really cool trivia question. It’s food related, so why not!?
