About This Blog

It’s going to take more than one idea to improve health care. That’s why we started the One Million Ideas blog. We believe that lots of little changes can add up to one big change in the health of our communities.

To make it happen, it’s going to take all of us. It means being proactive with your health: eating better, getting active, finding ways to alleviate stress, kicking tobacco, and most importantly, staying informed on what you can do to live better.

We need ideas to make it a reality. Lots of ideas. Our goal is to use this blog to share one million ideas. That’s right, one million. Ideas we can use to help you better understand health care.

We want you to tell us what works, what doesn’t work, and the challenges you face every day. We’re seeking solutions to improve the health of ourselves, our families, and our communities. We need your insights, your experiences, your ideas.

This blog is a voice we can all share, because the way we see it, we’re all in this thing together.
