The time has come ladies and gentlemen! My internship is coming to a close, and tomorrow will be my last day with PacificSource. It’s pretty sad, but it has been such a wonderful experience, I am lucky to have had such a great opportunity. As my last hurrah before I leave, I wanted to put together my very own infographic. I love designing new materials, but I won’t lie, this was pretty difficult. There was a lot of research, sweat, and tears during the process. But, I really like how this turned out. So thank you for sticking with me this summer. From my 100 mile challenge to my 7 Second Snacks, I appreciated everyone who checked out my posts. 7 Second Apple Dip

Hello Everyone!

This week I was testing out some 7 second snacks and the boss man came up with a great apple dip idea! So in this weeks video we have a cameo from Kenny who is making a cinnamon, honey, yogurt dip. Needless to say, it was MUCH better than the last snack I was trying to make. This is such a quick, easy little recipe I have already been showcasing it at family get-togethers.

7 Second Pineapple Sauce

This week on ‘7 Second Snacks’ I would like to present to you Pineapple Sauce! The truth is, I had never tried this recipe before, so when Kenny and I were making this video I was beyond excited to see how it would turn out. Funny thing is, I absolutely hated it! I’m not really sure what I was expecting. I really like all of the ingredients individually, but when combined it was not my cup of tea. I think it had something to do with the fact that I grabbed vanilla almond milk instead of just plain almond milk – in my defense, all of the boxes look exactly the same – which definitely added a level of sticky sweetness I was not a fan of. Either way, this is a great snack for those of you who do have a sweet tooth. It’s super healthy, easy to whip up and you can make enough to last a couple days. So, even though I didn’t like it, maybe you can find some ways to spice it up for yourself!
