Let’s Have A Conversation About Your Heart

Candy Conversation Hearts for Valentine's DayFebruary is the month where we give heart shaped Valentine’s to the people we love and if you’re like me, you find yourself shamelessly eating conversation
heart candies.  Put down the candies and let’s have a candid discussion about heart health.  You can become part of a movement that empowers women to take charge of their heart health.

Heart disease doesn’t just affect men.  Every year, one in three women will die of heart disease and stroke.  That’s a pretty staggering statistic to read.  We each have the power to prevent, treat, and even end heart disease by educating ourselves and making some simple life style changes.

Here’s how you can make a change today and GO RED:reddress
